MARYA cartridge filling line for Ukraine has successfully passed remote Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) in late May, marking a key milestone before shipment. The client's team verified full line performance via online conference, and all test items were approved, confirming that the aseptic filling solution fully meets their pharmaceutical production requirements and regulatory standards.
The line integrates an ultrasonic cartridge washing machine, a sterilization tunnel, a filling & capping machine, and a complete CIP/SIP system. The washer uses ultrasonic preโcleaning with threeโwater, threeโair rinsing, achieving a capacity of up to 220 cartridges per minute. The highโspeed filling & capping machine runs 24/7 at a stable output of 200 cartridges per minute. It adopts twoโstage filling, full servo drive and laser liquid level detection to achieve 100% fill volume inspection and highโprecision production. The entire line is designed and manufactured in accordance with GMP requirements, customized for 1.8โฏml cartridges.
Following shipment, Marya's engineering team will travel to Ukraine to carry out onโsite installation, commissioning, and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), along with comprehensive training on fullโline operation and routine maintenance. This endโtoโend support ensures stable, reliable operation after commissioning and empowers the client's team to independently manage daily production and maintenance.
From FAT approval to shipment preparation and postโdelivery SAT, Maya provides a fullโprocess guarantee covering every stage from factory acceptance to longโterm stable production. Our oneโstop pharmaceutical equipment service ensures strict quality control during onโsite installation and sustained longโterm performance, delivering continuous technical training and responsive afterโsales support to our Ukrainian partner. This project marks another milestone in our expanding footprint in the Eastern European pharmaceutical market.
