Toepassing<\/h3>\n<p>Deze machine wordt voornamelijk gebruikt voor het drogen en steriliseren van glazen ampullen en andere glazen flessen, zoals glazen flacons, flessen voor orale vloeistoffen, enz.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>2. Inleiding<\/h3>\n<p>Deze Hete Lucht Circulerende Drogende Steriliserende Tunneloven bestaat uit drie secties: Voorverwarmingssectie, Droogsectie op hoge temperatuur en Koelsectie.<\/p>\n<p>Het voorverwarmingsgedeelte bestaat uit een ventilator, ontvochtigingsventilator en filter.<br \/>\nDe droogsectie op hoge temperatuur is samengesteld uit een hittebestendige ventilator, een elektrisch verwarmingselement en een filter op hoge temperatuur. Dit vormt een circulatiesysteem in de oven en zorgt voor een goede temperatuuruniformiteit en een hoog rendement. De ventilator levert verwarmde lucht, die door filter, gecirculeerde hete lucht continu droogt en steriliseert de flessen op de bewegende mesh riem (verwarmingstemperatuur kan worden ingesteld van 50-350 \u2103).<br \/>\nHet koelgedeelte bestaat uit een ventilator, koeler, filter en luchtafvoermotor en vormt een volledig circulatiesysteem om flessen te koelen, zodat de temperatuur van de flesafvoer tussen 25~30\u2103 blijft.<\/p>\n<p>Het hele proces vindt plaats onder klasse 100 laminaire stroming met DOP-testpoort en verschillende temperatuurmeetpoorten. En deze Steriliserende Tunneloven neemt PLC-besturing, mens-machine interface bediening, de temperatuur wordt weergegeven door de temperatuurregelaar, automatisch ingesteld en geregistreerd, volledig voldoen aan de GMP-normen.<\/p>\n<p>Deze machine kan alleen worden gebruikt of worden gecombineerd met een ultrasone wasmachine en een vul-aftoppingmachine om een productielijn te vormen.
